LA TABLE DE PALAFITTE

I have been invited by the Palafitte hotel for a dinner at one of their restaurants "La Table De Palafitte". I must say this restaurant stands out from the crowd in Neuchâtel. Chef David Sauvignet provides an authentic cuisine using the best local produce. I chose the Menu Découverte which was absolutely divine in terms of presentation and taste. It's always great to enjoy a refined menu in an elegant environment. Wish you guys an wonderful day and Bon appétit !
